The 18th edition of the Goya Awards of the Spanish Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences was held on January 31, 2004 at the Municipal Palace of Congresses of the Campo de las Naciones in Madrid, Spain, awarding the best films of the year 2003. The ceremony was presented by Diego Luna y Cayetana Guillén Cuervo.
